We have been winning World and National Championships in racing dinghies for 30 years. We have won titles in many classes and continue to prove that our innovation and unrivaled experience will prove to be the fastest or indeed most copied sail in the fleet, the biggest compliment a sailmaker can have.
Our small professional team of 3 allows you to have a unique relationship with the person making your sails, there is no middle man meaning vital information is not missed. In the last few years the team have been responsible for making sails that have achieved world titles in.
British Moth, Cadet, N12, Merlin Rocket, Skiff 18, INT 14, Salcolmbe Yawle, Int Canoe, Cornish Shrimper and scorpions.
Merlin Rocket.
This is a class we have had more success with than any other sailmaker. Our current team Mike and Jane Calvert sailing 3691 Quik Fix have stepped up the pace and have won Salcombe Open and the Glynn Charles pursuit already this year.

Cadet
Rowsell sails have been hugely successful here always having a member in the world team for the last 20 years.

Multiple world/ European and national champions we have a huge involvement in the fleet, in either the standard rig or AC. Our current sailors Gareth Caldwell, Colin Brown, Simon Allan, Mark Goodchild cover all angles of this complex rig plan and we offer various different cuts depending on size and sailing venue.

B14
We currently own B14 number 756 and have been developing sails in the local fleet at Starcross. Tony Blackmore of sailsport chandlery has leaped forward since having his new sails, we plan to do the south west circuit this year and maybe the worlds in Hobart.
We have sail shapes for both alloy and carbon rigs and an off on accessories pack as well.

Salcombe Yawle
The Yawle is an interesting yacht and we have the legendary Spud Rowsell sailing this year in his brand new boat Frigget. Spud has won the important week several times backed up by Simon Gibbo and a host of other hot shots we are always on the cusp in this ultra competitive fleet. We offer a range of different cuts that are made local to the fleet and not made in the far east.
